SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
We’ve officially launched our new and improved, environmentally conscious packaging! Working to ensure that we continue taking steps to become more ecologically minded, we have now removed all plastics, cable ties and non-sustainable finishes from our packaging on all of our Cable Guys packaging.
SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY
We've officially partnered with the Products of Change community to discover better ways of incorporating sustainable methods to our processes. With their main aim being to create an open space to discover new sustainable options for product creation, we hope that this will educate and develop our own understandings around sustainability.
ECOLOGI CLIMATE ACTION
Ecologi is an initiative that supports Carbon reduction projects and tree planting to help offset a business's carbon footprint. As part of our ongoing sustainability strategy, we're donating a percentage of sales to help restore damaged ecosystems, stabilise soil, support the water cycle by growing trees, whilst also giving you the option to do so when purchasing an item online.
REMOVAL OF CABLES FROM CABLE GUY ORIGINALS
With our customers often already having their own cables for specific items, it feels like this is an auxiliary element that can be reduced from potentially going to landfill.To further support other ecological projects, we aim to give customers the option to donate the cost of the cable to an environmental project instead.
SHOP PAY PLANTS TREES
We have integrated Shop Pay into your shopping experience to help in the reduction of the impact of our deliveries.With every Shop Pay purchase the carbon footprint of each delivery is calculated and off-set, whilst also supporting initiatives such as the WeForest project to fund the restoration of 1,000 hectares of the Casamance mangroves.

OUR CUSTOMERS
Did you know that many Cable Guy owners keep or share their products, usually passing them on to friends or family when no long in use? We aim to continue to inspire and help all of our customers to pass along the Cable Guys they aren’t using – keeping them in circulation and out of landfills.
Alongside this, we also aim to continue creating long-lasting products that stand the test of time, with the aim being that products bought years ago can continue to be used and re-used for different purposes everyday in people's lives. To help make this easier to do, we are continuing to develop products that not only work as they are, but that can also be combined with other elements from our collections to enhance the Cable Guys experience.
Our hope is that, in combining a strong, well-crafted product with fresh innovative creations, it'll guarantee a longer lifespan for all of our products, whilst also enhancing the experience for our customers.
