Exquisite Gaming Limited is making a voluntary modern slavery and human trafficking statement relating to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We oppose slavery and human trafficking in all its forms and make this statement to set out the steps we have taken to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business or in our supply chains.

ABOUT US
We are a provider of Gaming and Entertainment merchandise to retailers and consumers around the world.

Our annual turnover is under £36 million. Although we are not required to make a modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we are making this voluntary statement to show our commitment to ethical trading principles and to set out the steps we are taking to tackle modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and in our supply chains.

Our supply chains are mainly made up of the following:

  • Factories in China and printing companies from within Europe

  • Our various product lines are made using plastic and ceramic materials 

  • Our IT services are provided by market leading companies from within the UK.

OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

DUE DILIGENCE AND RISK ASSESSMENT

To help identify and monitor the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain we inspect our Factories every 12 -18 months and carry out social, technical and ethical audits to confirm compliance to both local regulations and also against global best in class standards

We vet suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure that they are committed to ethical labour practices]. [We include anti-slavery and human tracking provisions in all our contracts with suppliers.]

We only employ agency workers through reputable employment agencies that adhere to our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy (or equivalent policies.

EFFECTIVENESS IN COMBATING SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We use the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how effective we have been at ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains:

  • The percentage of suppliers and sub-contractors vetted for ethical labour practices.

  • The number of inspections of direct suppliers and sub-contractors in our supply chains in the past year.

Percentage of staff receiving training on identifying and addressing the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

TRAINING

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.

FURTHER STEPS

Following a review of the effectiveness of the steps we have taken to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains we intend to take the following further steps to combat slavery and human trafficking: 

  • Carry out additional sub-supplier audits to ensure the entire supply chain complies with our policy.

Terms and Conditions for Competitions Hosted by Exquisite Gaming Ltd

These terms and conditions apply to all competitions featured across publications, online services, and events organised by Exquisite Gaming Ltd or by third parties on behalf of Exquisite Gaming Ltd.

Entry Requirements

  • Entry Period: Entries must be submitted within the designated opening and closing dates and times. Any entries submitted outside these times are invalid.
  • Accuracy of Information: Entrants confirm that all information submitted is accurate, current, and complete. Entrants must also own the copyright for any content submitted, such as photos or videos, and authorize Exquisite Gaming Ltd to use such content without infringing on third-party rights.

Methods of Entry

  1. Web Entry: If web entry is available, entrants should follow instructions on the website. Some entries may require payment as specified, with applicable terms provided.

  2. Email Entry: If email entry is allowed, entrants may participate by sending required details to the specified email address. No charge applies.

  3. Social Media Entry: For competitions via social media, participants should follow specified instructions and post their responses as directed.

Neither Exquisite Gaming Ltd nor its affiliates assume liability for errors, omissions, interruptions, or unauthorized access affecting entries or delays arising from issues outside their control, such as technical problems or security functions. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or not received will be void.

Prizes and Winner Selection

  • Prize Details: Prizes are outlined in the competition information. Where applicable, winners may be required to participate in videos or recordings for the prize and must be able to communicate effectively.

  • Selection Process: Winners will be chosen as detailed in the competition information, possibly including the oversight of an independent observer. For subjective competitions, Exquisite Gaming Ltd or an appointed panel will select winners.

  • Notification and Claim: Exquisite Gaming Ltd will attempt to notify winners within 7 days of the competition’s close. Winners must claim their prize within the allotted time or risk forfeiture. If a winner does not respond or fails to provide necessary details, an alternative winner may be selected.

  • Prize Delivery: Exquisite Gaming Ltd aims to deliver prizes by the specified event date. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash or alternative options, except where Exquisite Gaming Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Publication: The winner's name and company may be published, and by entering, participants grant Exquisite Gaming Ltd permission to use and publish their entry for winner announcements.

Entrants not complying with these terms or failing to meet eligibility requirements may be disqualified without further liability. Exquisite Gaming Ltd reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend a competition if it is not possible to conduct it as planned due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in effect as intended.
