We hope you are as in love with your items as we are, but if you’re not completely happy, you need to let us know within 14 days of receiving the items beginning on the day after your order is received. Please fill out the form below and we will send you a pre-paid printable returns label.
Once you receive your returns label, you have another 14 days to physically return the order to us.
For damaged products, photographic evidence must be provided and sent to customer-care@exgpro.com.
All items must be returned, unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Any items that are received back which are not in a resellable condition will be returned to you.
Refunds are processed within 28 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
We only accept returns purchased from Exquisite Gaming directly - all other returns must be handled by the retailer directly including third-party retailers.
