As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

By applying to become an ambassador with Exquisite Gaming Ltd I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:

1. I am 18 years of age or older.

2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.

3, I will promote and market EXG Pro products to my audience. When sharing content I will use the brand hashtags: #exgpro, #cableguys, #metamerch. 

4. EXG Pro may re-share your content on social media, email marketing or website content.

5. EXG Pro will own the rights to use any images of their product for email marketing or website content.

6. I will not sell company product I receive in exchange for marketing purposes. 

7. I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.

8. I will promote EXG Pro products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not manipulate or deface any EXG products. If using our logo, I will only use assets provided in the g-drive and will not manipulate aspect ratio.

9. I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag @exgpro, #exgpro, #cableguys and/or #metamerch in each post that relates to the products. 

10. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will not be considered for any future collaborations. 

11. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
