E3 2021 kicked off last week and on Sunday Xbox took to the stage, or the virtual stage, to showcase their line-up of titles, including brand new multiplayer gameplay and a confirmed release window for Halo Infinite.
That’s right, following last year’s delay due to the pandemic and negative fan response of the initial game footage, Xbox revealed a new release window of Holiday 2021.
What’s more is we finally got to see footage of Infinite’s multiplayer and it looks like 343 Industries has been hard at work creating the fast, dynamic and innovative online experience that Halo fans have come to love. Expect large scale battles, endless customisation and competitive gameplay that will keep players hooked.
Little has been said about the story, but what we do know is that the campaign steps away from the traditional Halo mission structure to go open world, giving players the opportunity to explore the giant Halo ring where the game takes place.
Halo Infinite will release this Holiday Season for Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC.
We cannot wait to get our hands on it!
